  • How do I create an invoice?

    From the home menu choose the 'Invoices' card. Click on the 'New Invoice' button. This will open a new invoice template. Fill out your name and address and the name and address of your customer. Choose an invoice date (usually today) and a due date, which is the deadline by which your customer should pay you.

    To add your first line item, click on the 'Add Line Item' button and fill out the quantity, description and unit price of the item you are charging. You can also add taxes, if applicable. Repeat this step until all the line items are listed on your invoice. The totals will add up automatically. You can also add a discount bu clicking in the 'Add Discount' button. Choose between a discount percentage or a fixed amount.

    To save your invoice click on the 'Save' button.

    Now you can print your invoice, create a PDF or send it to your customer by email. If you choose the latter, you will be able to see when your customer opens it.

  • How do I create an estimate?

    From the home menu choose the 'Estimates' card. Click on the 'New Estimate' button. This will open a new estimate template. Fill out your name and address and the name and address of your customer. Choose an estimate date (usually today) and a due date, which is the deadline by which your customer should accept the estimate.

    To add a line item, click on the 'Add Line Item' button and fill out the quantity, description and unit price of the item you are proposing. You can also add taxes, if applicable.   • How do I create a receipt?

    If you have already created an invoice previously, just click on the invoice to open it, then click the 'Create Receipt' button. Your receipt will be created automatically from the invoice. If you need to add any additional charges, just click on the 'Add Line Item' button to add them. After saving you can print, PDF or send the receipt to your guest.

    If there is no invoice yet, go to the receipt template and fill out the receipt by adding your own and the customers information and line items. To add a line item, just click the 'Add Line Item' button.

  • How do I send an invoice to my customer?

    After you've filled out the invoice template, save it by clicking the 'Save' button. You will now be able to send the invoice by email directly to your customer - just click the 'Send' button in the upper right corner.

    Alternatively, you can click the 'Print' or 'PDF' buttons, in order to print the invoice or create a PDF document, respectively.

  • How do I send an estimate to my customer?

  • How do I sign up?

    Just go to the sign up page, fill out your email address, choose a password and click 'Register'. This will create your account and you can create as many invoices, estimates, quotes, and receipts as you like.

  • How do I get help?
